Adobe Photoshop CS5.1 installer failed to initialize?

I downloaded Adobe Photoshop CS5.1's free 30 day trial and this popped up: "Installer failed to initialize." I downloaded the Adobe support adviser but I don't know how to solve the problems it encountered. Please help!! :(
