Do they give out free cups of ice water at Universal and Islands of Adventure?

I am going next month and I was just wondering if they gave out free ice water. I know they do at Disney, but Disney is a lot more friendly when it comes to carry-ons. At Islands of Adventure, they require you put loose articles in a locker for quite a few rides, so I do not want to take a refillable water bottle.
