Is this a good plot or should i add something and what should i add?

I personally don't think that aliens and cyborgs fit with vampires. Vampires are considered to be ancient while aliens are futuristic. I also think you should have less main characters because some of the characters might not have enough depth or the plot will be too confusing or complicated.
