I have a Labtop with Windows XP, I installed new Yahoo Mssg Beta 11 but i can't open the program, Why?

Before, I had Yahoo MSG. Version 8 or 9 in my Laptop, it was working very well. When I got the upgrade for the last version Beta 11 doesn't work. Appear this msg in box: Yahoo messenger.exe - Application Error. The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0150002) click on OK to terminate the application. When I was downloading the new version before finish appeared this msg too. When i tried to open it from desktop never open. Can you help me, please. What i have to do ?? Thanks for your help. (I speak spanish too).
