My computer doesn't open, HELP!!!!?

It sounds like you are not running Mac OS X. Obviously you are runnning windows OS otherwise this would not be happening. You need to specify the OS, the computer, and what you did prior to the error's appearance. Not until then will anyone be able to answer your question.
