Something wrong with my computer?

Well when I start up my computer, the screen stays black after its done loading. An error bar pops up saying The application 0xc0000005 failed to initialize properly press OK to terminate the program. When I click OK, the same bar pops up. It happens 2 more times. Then the screen stays completely black, with only my cursor showing. On the upper left corner of the bar, the name changes from service.exe to lsass.exe after I press OK. Safe Mode with networking doesn't work either, the same bar pops up still. I have Windows XP Service Pack 2. PLEASE HELP!!!!
