What should I do!?!?!?

I don't know what to do! I want to swim shirtless but I feel like I'm too fat. I also want to be able to shower naked at the school locker room after gym but I'm too embaressed that I'm fat. I want to be able to lose weight, but I want to do these faster than how long it will take me to lose all the weight. What should I do?
